Mission

Prism Press, formerly known as Gallery 44, is dedicated to fostering meaningful global connections between artists, audiences, and communities through contemporary art.

Founded with the belief that art is a universal language, Prism Press seeks to amplify diverse voices, create space for dialogue across cultures, and cultivate new ways of seeing the world.

Through VR exhibitions, publications, and collaborative projects, Prism Press facilitates international conversations that explore the intersections of art, society, and human experience.

As a platform for artists at all stages of their careers, Prism Press not only documents and publishes their work but also situates it within broader global narratives. In doing so, we aim to nurture artistic innovation, promote cultural exchange, and inspire audiences to engage with art as a catalyst for connection and change.

We operate almost entirely online, in London, Washington DC, and New York, consciously embracing digital space to resist the pressures of rising censorship in the United States and abroad. These pressures threaten the most honored creative values of artistic expression.

Prism Press was founded by Rula Jones Brock. You can learn more about her  curatorial projects at the following link.
